An Executive Board Meeting was held in Washington, D.C. at DEA Headquarters on November 19, 1979. The following individuals attended this meeting:

Topics of Discussion

A. Tax Exempt Status – Treasurer Pembleton

Treasurer Pembleton will be handling all matter concerning tax exempt status and will be attempting to file all tax exempt status in the State of Kentucky. He will also take care of the incorporation status in Kentucky.

B. Printer – 1st Vice President Cochran

1st Vice President Cochran informed the Executive Board that the printer is available, and ready to be printed at anytime, waiting for location, dates, ect.

C. Mailing of Certificates, Membership Cards, etc.

Secretary Harris will be handling the mailing of certificates, membership cards, etc., to all active members. Ms. Rosales will handle the typing, printing, and mailing of all newsletters to all active members.
