Minutes of Executive Board Meeting

An Executive Board Meeting was held at the Federal Law Enforcement Training
Center at Glynco, Georgia on September 22, 1982. The following individuals
attended this board meeting:
James Wallace – President
Archie Rose – First Vice President
Bill Williams – Treasurer
Jim Harris – Secretary
Harold McKenzie – D.E.A.
Curt Dixon – D.E.A.
Cecilia Petree – Secretary, D.E.A.
Topics of Discussion:
A. Discussion as to Drug Enforcement Administration Training
Division putting out an Associations Newsletter by November 1, 1982.
B. Curt Dixon, D.E.A. Training, advised the Executive Board
he would furnish a list of all officers having attended the 3-Weel Supervisory
Command School.
C. President Wallace advised that he wanted to have Mr.
Francis Mullen, Acting Director of the Drug Enforcement Administration, to
be the main speaker of the
up-coming Albuquerque Conference.
D. Discussion on the Directory of graduates of the National
Training Institute Academy in regards to a new Directory being printed up.
After discussion on this
matter, it was decided to hold off at this time having a new Directory printed.
E. Brief Discussion was conducted on a title for the 1983
Conference and this title in some way should involve officer survival.
