Business meeting called to order at 4:22 pm by President Paul Stevens

Nic Stevens appointed Sgt. At Arms

Roll Call by Secretary Pat Pope - 43 members present

A motion to waive the minutes of the last business meeting and the treasurers report was made by Sean Flanigan, seconded by Bob Dintino, passed by vote.

Old Business

Elections committee chairman Tom Golden reported no new nominations had been forwarded to the elections committee. The formal vote will be held tomorrow. Nominations are now closed.

None

New Business

Paul Sevens encouraged all members to contribute by making suggestions for training venues and agendas.

Bob Dintino made a motion that the NDEOA conduct a survey of all former members to determine why they were inactive and what suggestions they would have in order to make NDEOA
A more attractive to them.

Seconded by Randall Robbins

After discussion, vote by membership, motion passed.

President Stevens announced the Business Meeting for Wednesday, July 26, 2006 would be held at 4:30 pm instead of 4:00 pm.

Meeting adjourned at 4:56 pm
