Business meeting called to order at 12:00 noon by President Paul Stevens

Nic Stevens appointed Sgt. At Arms

Roll Call by Secretary Pat Pope - 55 members present

President “Stevens appointed tom Golden, Bob Paudert and Bob Dintino to the Election committee. Tom Golden appointed Chairman.

Tom Golden then explained the qualifications for office and then accepted nominations from the floor for election to the Executive Board.

Paul Stevens - President
Steve Peterson - 1st VP
Craig Shows - 2nd VP
Tim Sellers - Treasurer
Bob Ward - Secretary

Nominations from the floor were then closed. Members were told they had until tomorrow, July 25th 2006 to submit nominations in writing for any additional nominations.

President Stevens the nominated Sean Flanigan and Randall Robbins to the audit committee. Sean Flanigan was appointed Chairman. They are to meet with the Treasurer and 2nd VP Steve Peterson and report to the membership their findings.

Old Business

President Stevens updated the membership on the effects Hurricane Katrina had on the association with both the treasurer and secretary suffering hardships. The NDEOA lost a printer, old minutes of business meetings, the NDEOA banner and numerous office supplies and equipment due to the storm..

New Business

Chris Loposser resigned as secretary of the organization and was replaced by past president Pat Pope. Steve Peterson, 2nd VP retained control of the Treasurers office until the 2006 conference.

Tim Sellers and Pat Pope were granted Life Time status by a vote of the association. The motion was made by Sean Flanigan and seconded by Randall Robbins.

A door prize, 2 nights at the Sheraton Myrtle Berach was won by Mike Constanza.

The Meeting was adjourned at 12:30 PM.
